Step 3. Add Author Affiliation
• Make sure to complete all the following required fields:
- Department, Center (Institute, University, Hospital), City, Country
• For Royan Addresses, click on the Pdf link and write them accordingly:

Avoid filling in the same affiliation address for two authors!
You can easily select the completed affiliations and assign it to the intended author through the “Select Authors” list.
Examples of Affiliation Address:
- University: Department of Internal Medicine, Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University, Columbus, United States
- Hasheminejad Kidney Center (HKC), Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran
- Department of Urology, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran
- Research Institute: Department of Embryology, Reproductive Biomedicine Research Center, Royan Institute for Reproductive Biomedicine, ACECR, Tehran, Iran.
