Royan International Twin Congress (2–3 September 2026)

  • 27th Congress on Reproductive Biomedicine
  • 22nd Congress on Stem Cell Biology and Technology
  • 21st Seminar on Nursing & Midwifery

Dear Presenter,

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 27th Royan International Twin Congress. Poster sessions offer a unique opportunity to share your work, engage with fellow researchers, and receive valuable feedback in an interactive setting. To help you prepare effectively, we have outlined the key requirements and recommendations below.

Poster Preparation

  • Prepare your poster as a single-page PowerPoint slide.
  • Prepare your poster according to the template format  (Poster Template).
  • Upload the file to the designated section of your profile on the Royan Congress website.
  • Digital format dimensions:
    • 1080 × 1536 pixels or 381 × 542 mm
    • Portrait orientation

Printed Poster (On-Site Display)

Posters must be printed and physically presented during the congress.

  • Printed dimensions: 100 cm (tall) × 70 cm (wide)
  • Orientation: Portrait

Please ensure your poster is fully prepared before arriving at the venue. No printing services or materials will be available on-site. If you anticipate needing supplies (e.g., tape, pins, or backing) to mount or repair your poster after travel, we strongly recommend bringing them with you.

Poster Content & Structure

Your poster should follow a structure similar to that of a standard research paper:

  • Sections to include: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgments, and References.
  • Title: Place the title at the top, with first letters capitalized.
  • Authors & Affiliations: List author names and institutional affiliations directly below the title.
  • Font size recommendations:
    • Headings: 36-point type
    • Body text: 24-point type
    • Minimum font size: 18-point (do not use smaller)
  • Abstract length: Maximum 300–400 words.
  • Visuals: Use graphs, figures, and images wherever possible to enhance clarity and visual appeal.

Handouts (Optional but Encouraged)

To facilitate networking and follow-up discussions, we recommend preparing a one-page handout of your poster that includes your full contact information. This allows colleagues to easily reference your work after the congress.

Presentation Schedule

The timetable for poster presentations will be announced on the Congress Website and sent via email. Please check both channels regularly for updates.

We look forward to your contribution and wish you a successful and enjoyable congress experience.
